Discover UNITE4TB at the Union World Conference on Lung Health 2026
UNITE4TB will be participating in the Union World Conference on Lung Health 2026, taking place from 17–20 November in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Through a series of scientific presentations and discussions, consortium members will share findings from UNITE4TB's clinical trials and insights into advancing tuberculosis (TB) drug development.
A key highlight will be the presentation of the first results from the PARADIGM4TB trial, UNITE4TB's innovative multi-arm, multi-stage Phase 2 platform trial evaluating new TB treatment regimens.
On Wednesday, 18 November, the first PARADIGM4TB results will be presented during the Late-Breaker Oral Abstracts session, including findings on regimens containing ganfeborole and BTZ-043.
This will be followed on Thursday, 19 November, by the UNITE4TB symposium Reimagining TB drug development: Phase 2 results from the UNITE4TB platform (SY08). The symposium will take a deeper look at the PARADIGM4TB findings, including primary results, pharmacokinetics, resistance, and biomarker analyses, alongside results from the ENABLE trial.
Beyond these two key talks, UNITE4TB researchers and partners will contribute to sessions covering community engagement in TB research, emerging drug resistance, pharmacokinetics, and lessons from the DECISION and PARADIGM4TB trials.
